2. When and for what purpose does Camping Neubauer collect personal data?

We collect, store or process data only for our own business purposes. (Legal basis contract performance) and transmit data to third parties only if required by law, to processors (DSGVO Article 28) and “jointly responsible bodies” (DSGVO Article 26).

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are asked, this takes place, always on a voluntary basis. This data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Enquiry Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact details you provided will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent. The processing of the data entered into the enquiry form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) DSGVO).

We have no intention to transfer data to third countries or international organizations. If you follow us on social media channels, you transfer data via these social media sites – possibly to places outside the EU / EEA.
