2. When and for what purpose does Camping Neubauer collect personal data?

We collect, store or process data only for our own business purposes. (Legal basis contract performance) and transmit data to third parties only if required by law, to processors (DSGVO Article 28) and “jointly responsible bodies” (DSGVO Article 26).

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are asked, this takes place, always on a voluntary basis. If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact details you provided will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions.
