Cancellation conditions
Reserved apartments, mobile homes or rental caravans are available to the guest from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Deviations from this require the express consent of the accommodation.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date:
The deposit paid will be refunded, minus a processing fee of € 5. - Cancellation up to 7 days before the agreed date of arrival:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed package price will be charged. - Cancellation from 6 days before the agreed arrival date:
A cancellation fee of 90% of the agreed arrangement price will be charged. - No-show, late arrival or early departure:
100% of the agreed package price will be charged.
In all other respects the contractual conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association.
In the event of departure before the booked departure date (notification by 19:00 on the previous day at the latest, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00) or arrival after the booked arrival date, the full room price for the booked period will be charged.
For bookings made at short notice (including by telephone), an accommodation contract is also concluded in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions is also concluded. Cancellations or no-shows are therefore subject to the same cancellation fees.
