There are daily departures from our campsite, making camping pitches available to new campers without reservation. However, if you want to reserve a specific place or period in advance, the following provisions apply:
- The minimum stay for reservations is 5 nights. Exceptions to this depend on the season in question.
- When making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email. After receipt of your deposit, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of payment and binding booking confirmation. Telephone information and side agreements of whatever nature are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.
- The deposit is valid for 1 pitch and is € 50,-. The deposit can be made by bank transfer to our account Camping Neubauer GmbH, IBAN: AT 49 3947 9000 0013 2332, BIC: RZKTAT2K479. The deposit (minus a reservation fee of € 5,-) is credited to the final bill.
- Your reserved pitch will be available to you from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 midday on the day of departure.
- If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know so that your reserved pitch remains reserved for you. Without notification, your pitch will be passed on without compensation. If you leave earlier than booked, the pitch can also be given to other guests.
- The booked arrival and departure days are binding for both parties, which means in case of later arrival or earlier departure, the minimum price per overnight stay (2 people + parking space) will be charged for the days not used.
- We make every effort to ensure that you get your booked pitch, but we reserve the right to change pitches if this is necessary for special reasons.
- Cancellation must be made in writing and confirmed by us. In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
– up to 14 days before arrival: deposit will be refunded (minus reservation fee of € 5,-)
– from 13 days to arrival: deposit of € 50,- will be retained
