Reserved rooms, apartments, mobile homes, or rental caravans are available to the guest on the day of arrival from 14:00 o’clock and must be vacated on the day of departure until 10:00 clock. Deviations from this require the expressed consent of the accommodation.
Cancellation fees:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the booked arrival date:
The deposit will be refunded, minus a processing fee of EUR 5,00. - Cancellation up to 7 days before the booked arrival date:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed arrangement price will be charged. - Cancellation from 6 days before the booked arrival date:
A cancellation fee of 90% of the agreed arrangement price will be charged
- No-show, later arrival, or earlier departure:
100% of the agreed arrangement price will be charged.
Otherwise, the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply.
In case of departure before the booked departure date (announcement no later than 19:00 o’clock of the previous day, the rooms have to be vacated by 10:00 o’clock) or arrival after the booked arrival date, the full room rate will be charged for the booked period.
A short-term booking (also by phone) is also a contract of accommodation in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions. Therefore, also the same cancellation fees for cancellations or no-shows apply.
